Final approval of this phase of rehabilitation. Grand Court: plywood panels at upper levels to be replaced with glass wall; railing and architectural features to remain. Crystal Tea Room on ninth floor to remain unchanged; kitchen to be demolished. Exterior: maintenance and repair of stone, terra cotta, cast iron; removal of two stone infill panels for underground parking garage access on Juniper and Thirteenth Streets; restoration of existing storefronts; replacement of entrance doors with more appropriate originals; two new entrances introduced into flanking walls at Juniper Street office entrance.
