Final review will focus on design of safety fence and light fixtures. Committee recommended reduction of decorative rails from three to two. Safety fence design and light fixture integration to be finalized. Approval by Art Commission and Fairmount Park Commission required. Federal or state funding would require review by respective historic preservation agencies.
