Evidence of full $700 million budget authorized in Pennsylvania capital budget legislation signed by Governor prior to demolition permit; 3. Letter from Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia confirming fire station is last property to be demolished; 4. Salvage report including artifact list with digital photos, removal/storage plans, and relocation list for each artifact
