    1. Vote on lighting system deferred pending presentation by Applicant of a sample installation to be reviewed by INDE and then the Architectural Committee at another site visit. 2. Applicant required to investigate further mechanical system options based on higher summer temperature and RH boundaries and winter RH boundaries based on minimizing condensation on original sash: (a) Install state-of-the-art air handling and controls using solely existing duct chases; (b) Install a system with new controls and air handlers utilizing existing chases and new ones only where intervention is of no consequence to historic fabric; (c) Develop currently proposed system with new boundaries described above. 3. Applicant required to present a detail of design for proposed air intake louvers. 4. Applicant to investigate eliminating mechanical system in the tower; if found necessary, changing ductwork placement to the Tower floor. 5. Alternatives to be presented at another special Committee meeting in approximately ten days.
