..Title Amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity," to prohibit the attendance of children under the age of six years old at certain movies shown at movie theatre establishments after 7:00 P.M., under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity," is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 10. REGULATION OF INDIVIDUAL CONDUCT AND ACTIVITY. * * * Chapter 10-300. Minors. * * * 10-308. Prohibition on Attendance of Children at Movies Shown After 7:00 P.M. (1) No adult shall bring a child under the age of six into a movie theatre to attend a movie after 7:00 P.M., unless that movie is raged "G" for general audiences. (2) No movie theatre establishment shall permit a child under the age of six to attend a movie after 7:00 P.M., unless that movie is rated "G" for general audiences. (3) Any adult or movie theatre establishment found in violation of this Section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
