..Title Naming the Tot Lot located at 177-185 West Price Street, The Rosalyn Freeman and Myrtle Scott Tot Lot." ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Tot Lot located at 177-185 West Price Street is hereby named "The Rosalyn Freeman and Myrtle Scott Tot Lot." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
