..Title Establishing a four way stopping regulation at the intersection of Tulip and Wakeling streets. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following stopping regulation is hereby established: (a) Multi - way stop signs shall be placed and maintained at the intersection of Tulip and Wakeling streets. SECTION 2. Effective Date This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after final passage.
