..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980897) approved January 5, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of Clover street between Twelfth street and Camac street and relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Market street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980897) approved January 5, 1999 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by March 31, 2001. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. _______________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
