..Title Confirming the appointment of Kenneth I. Trujillo, Esquire, as City Solicitor. ..Body WHEREAS, The Mayor has appointed Kenneth I. Trujillo as City Solicitor; and WHEREAS, Section 3-203 of the Home Rule Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all the members of the Council for the appointment of City Solicitor; now therefore RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Kenneth I. Trujillo, Esquire, as City Solicitor. ..End
