..Title Amending Section 9-1004, entitled "Contractors," of The Philadelphia Code to provide for the renewal of licenses issued pursuant to this Section, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," is amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS * * * CHAPTER 9-1000. TRADES * * * §9-1004. Contractors. * * * (2) License required. * * * (c) A license under this Section shall be renewed every three (3) years upon payment of the one hundred and fifty (150) dollar renewal fee, subject to the conditions set forth in subsections 9-1004(3), (4), (5), and (6). * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
