..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with The Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for use by the City and affiliated agencies of office space located at 1401 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement of sublease ("Sublease") with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for the use by the City and affiliated agencies of office space located on the sixth and seventh floors of the building located at 1401 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Said Sublease shall be substantially in the form shown in the Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance, with such changes as the City Solicitor deems necessary or desirable to protect the interests of the City. SECTION 2. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file and make available to the public all Exhibits referenced herein.
