..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990143) approved June 11, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 163 of East River Road from Calumet Street to the line of Fairmount Park, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein." ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990143) approved June 3, 1999 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by June 3, 2001. * * * SECTION 2. This ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
