..Title Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 157, 158 and 226 by relocating the southerly curb line of Erie avenue between Second street and Sedgley avenue, relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Erie avenue at the southeast corner of Second street and Erie avenue, and relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of Erie avenue at the northeast corner of Second street and Erie avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-404 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on portions of City Plan Nos. 157, 158 and 226 by: (a) Relocating the southerly curb line of Erie avenue twenty-one (21) feet northward from Second street to Sedgley avenue and making alignment changes associated with this relocation at the intersection of Erie avenue and Sedgley avenue; (b) Relocating the southerly curb line of Erie avenue approximately six (6) feet northward from Second street to a point approximately twenty-four (24) feet eastwardly therefrom; and (c) Relocating the northerly curb line of Erie avenue six (6) feet and a variable distance southwardly from Second street to a point approximately one hundred forty-two (142) feet eastwardly therefrom. 1
