..Title Regulating the movement of traffic on Chestnut street; in particular, authorizing right turns to be made from Chestnut street at certain intersections in Center City Philadelphia. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Vehicles travelling on Chestnut street between Broad street and Eighth street may at all hours make right turns at any intersection at which southbound traffic is permitted. SECTION 2. The Streets Department shall ensure that all traffic signs erected on Chestnut street conform to this Ordinance. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately, and shall supersede Section 12-502 of The Philadelphia Code to the extent of any inconsistency. ..End 1
