..Title Authorizing the construction of water mains and appurtenant work in a right-of-way partially in and along portions of a private street known as Paleski road and along the southwesterly boundary of Manatawna Farms in the Roxborough area of the City. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of water mains and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-300 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public water mains, in the following locations: In a right-of-way partially along and within Paleski road from Hagy's Mill road to approximately 1,120 feet southwesterly of Hagy's Mill road. In City property, known as Manatawna Farms from Hagy's Mill road to approximately 2,050 feet westerly of Hagy's Mill road. ..End
