Section 1 of Bill No. 000003, adopting a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2001-2006 inclusive, is hereby amended as follows: 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2001-2006 (x 000) (x 000) (x 000) (x 000) (x 000) (x 000) (x 000) DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION Sports and Cultural Facilities 101 Veterans Stadium - Renovations in Accordance with Bill [82] 000706 of Year 2000 40,000 [CN]TB 40,000 [CN]TB 80,000 [CN]TB _________ _________ _________ 40,000 40,000 80,000 SECTION 2. Section 1 of Bill No. 000004, adopting a Fiscal 2001 Capital Budget is hereby amended as follows: 2001 (x 000) DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION Sports and Cultural Facilities 101 Veterans Stadium - Renovations in Accordance with Bill [82] 000706 of Year 2000 40,000 [CN]TB _________ 40,000 SECTION 3. The renovations shall mean the capital repairs, restorations and replacements to be made to Veterans Stadium by or on behalf of the City of Philadelphia set forth in that certain Veterans Stadium Capital Improvement Project Summary attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and hereby made a part hereof. SECTION 4. The Chief Clerk of Council shall keep on file and make available for public inspection all Exhibits referenced in this Ordinance. SECTION 5. Bracketed language in this Ordinance indicates deletions from the referenced ordinances; italicized language indicates insertions to said ordinances. ..End
