..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990713) approved December 21, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Thirty-second street from Market street to Chestnut street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes, gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Thirty-second street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990713) approved December 21, 1999 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by December 21, 2001. * * * SECTION 2.
