..Title Approving a change to the Institutional Development Plan for the Divinity School Institutional Development District bounded by Locust street, Forty-second street, Spruce street and Forty-third street. ..Body WHEREAS, City Council, by ordinance approved May 8, 1968 (Bill No. 226) (1968 Ordinances, p. 209), created an Institutional Development District for the area bounded by Locust street, Forty-second street, Spruce street and Forty-third street, which is known as the Divinity School Institutional Development District; and WHEREAS, The University of Pennsylvania applied to the City Planning Commission for a change to the Institutional Development District Plan ("Plan") for the District, and submitted an amended Plan which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission has recommended that City Council approve such amended Plan; now therefore RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA ,That the Council of the City Of Philadelphia, hereby approves the amended Institutional Development District Plan for the Divinity School Institutional Development District set forth in Exhibit "A" to this Resolution. FURTHER RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 14-1107 of The Philadelphia Code, the Chief Clerk of Council shall send a certified copy of this Resolution to the City Planning Commission to inform the Commission of Council's action in approving the change to the Plan. ..End
