..Title Authorizing the construction of sewers and appurtenant work in portions of Fulton street and Clymer street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewers, in the following locations: Fulton street from Twenty-third street to Twenty-fourth street Clymer street from Twenty-third street to Grays Ferry avenue ..End
