..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 within the Aviation Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 within the Aviation Fund. FROM: 10.9 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $ 492,460 Total $ 492,460 Total "FROM" Section $ 492,460 TO: 10.3 POLICE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 325,460 Total $ 325,460 10.4 FIRE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 160,000 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 7,000 Total $ 167,000 Total "TO" Section $ 492,460 SECTION 2.
