..T Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the Hotel Room Rental Tax Fund, the City Representative and the Director of Commerce. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the Hotel Room Rental Tax Fund. FROM: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.20 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $ 2,929,000 Total $ 2,929,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 2,929,000 TO: HOTEL ROOM RENTAL TAX FUND 8.1 CITY REPRESENTATIVE AND THE DIRECTOR OF COMMERCE Personal Services $ 1,000 Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes 2,928,000 Total $ 2,929,000 Total "TO" Section $ 2,929,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
