..Title Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 44-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Tenth street from Pattison avenue to a point approximately eight hundred forty-six (846) feet northwardly therefrom, and by placing on the City Plan Hartranft street, at a point approximately eight hundred forty-six (846) feet northwardly from Pattison avenue, extending from Tenth street to Darien street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 44-S by: (a) Striking from the City Plan and vacating Tenth street from Pattison avenue to a point approximately eight hundred forty-six (846) feet northwardly therefrom. (b) Placing on the City Plan Hartranft Street (eighty-eight feet wide), at a point approximately eight hundred forty-six (846) feet northwardly from Pattison avenue, from Darien street to Tenth street. (c) Hartranft street from Darien street to Tenth street, owned by the City, is hereby declared to be legally open. SECTION 2. The Department of Streets is directed to record the opening of Hartranft street on its record. SECTION 3. This authorization is conditional upon confirmation by the Board of Surveyors. ..End
