..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1500 entitled "Area Surrounding Airports" by adding a new Section 14-1503 entitled "Building Setback Line," under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" is hereby amended by adding a new §14-1503 entitled ["Setback Restrictions"] "Building Setback Line" to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-1500. AREA SURROUNDING AIRPORTS. * * * §14-1503. Building Setback Line. (1) A building setback line of a minimum of 250 feet shall be maintained along the south side of Comly road between Decatur road and Norcum road. SECTION 2.
