..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990366) approved July 1, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 17-S and abandoning of a certain right-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of former Annin street extending from a fifty (50) feet wide right-of-way (former Twenty-eighth street) to Twenty-ninth street; under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990366) approved July 1, 1999 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by December 31, 2001. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
