The following parking regulation is hereby established: ONE-HOUR PARKING 8:00AM to 8:00PM (Monday through Sunday) Aspen street, north side, Twenty-second street to Croskey street, Aspen street, south side, Twenty-second street to a point 200 feet west of Twenty-second street.
