..Title Requesting the Mayor to return Council Bill No. 010070, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Parkway Corporation, owner of the properties 1501-1509 Spruce street and 1506-1508 Latimer street, Philadelphia, Pa 19102, to construct and maintain various encroachments in on over and under the north footway of Spruce street, the west footway of Fifteenth street and the south footway of Latimer street adjacent to the properties 1501-1509 Spruce street and 1506-1508 Latimer street, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..Body WHEREAS, Bill No. 010070 was passed by this Council on April 26, 2001, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now therefore RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 010070, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Parkway Corporation, owner of the properties 1501-1509 Spruce street and 1506-1508 Latimer street, Philadelphia, Pa 19102, to construct and maintain various encroachments in on over and under the north footway of Spruce street, the west footway of Fifteenth street and the south footway of Latimer street adjacent to the properties 1501-1509 Spruce street and 1506-1508 Latimer street, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..End
