..Title Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 010368, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning, " by amending Section 14-306.2, entitled "C-7" Commercial District, by deleting certain uses from the list of uses that are permitted in the "C-7" Commercial District, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body WHEREAS, Bill No. 010368 was passed by this Council o November 1, 2001 and presented tot he Mayor for his signature; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which the Bill passed Council; now therefore RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 010368, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-306.2, entitled "C-7" Commercial District, by deleting certain uses from the list of uses that are permitted in the "C-7" Commercial District, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..End
