..Title Amending the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), as amended, which, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, designates the locations in Center City at which vending is permitted, by deleting all permitted vendor locations on both sides of Eighth street and Ninth street between Arch street and Market street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: Section 1.
