..Title Amending Section 19-1303(5) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Authorization to Offer Exemptions from Real Estate Taxes on Improvements to Convert Deteriorated Industrial, Commercial or Other Business Property to Commercial Residential Use," by deleting the "sunset" provision under which the provisions of that Section are scheduled to terminate on June 30, 2002, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 19-1303(5) of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §19-1303(5). Authorization to Offer Exemptions from Real Estate Taxes on Improvements to Convert Deteriorated Industrial, Commercial or Other Business Property to Commercial Residential Use. * * * [H. Termination Date. The provisions of this Section shall terminate as of June 30, 2002. Any application for exemption received after June 30, 2002 shall be ineffective.] SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
