..Title Authorizing the paving of Douglas street, Natrona street, Thirty-second street, Napa street, Thirty-first street, Corlies street, Thirtieth street, Hollywood street, Fernon street, Morris street, Moore street and Mifflin street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provision of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of: (a) Douglas street, from Morris street to Moore street. (b) Natrona street, from Morris street to Moore street. (c) Thirty-second street, from Morris street to Vare avenue. (d) Napa street, from Fernon street to Mifflin street. (e) Thirty-first street, from Tasker street to Mifflin street. (f) Corlies street, from Tasker street to Morris street. (g) Corlies street, from Moore street to Mifflin street. (h) Thirtieth street, from Morris street to Mifflin street. (i) Hollywood street, from Morris street to Moore street. (j) Fernon street, from Thirty-second street to Thirty-first street. (k) Morris street, from Thirty-second street to Thirtieth street. (1) Moore street, from Vare avenue to Twenty-ninth street. (m) Mifflin street, from Vare avenue to Thirty-first street. SECTION 2. In lieu of the provisions of Section 1, the party in interest shall file an agreement and bond with corporate surety, satisfactory to the Law Department and in an amount determined by the Streets Department, to cover the cost of the work required to completely pave Douglas street, Natrona street, Thirty-second street, Napa street, Thirty-first street, Corlies street, Thirtieth street, Hollywood street, Fernon street, Morris street, Moore street and Mifflin street at his sole cost and expense in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the City of Philadelphia. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the cost thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law, and the Board of Surveyors confirms the placing on City Plan Nos. 24-S and 25-S of Douglas street, Natrona street, Thirty-second street, Napa street, Thirty-first street, Corlies street, Thirtieth street, Hollywood street, Fernon street, Morris street, Moore street and Mifflin street. ..End
