..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the General Fund from the Department of Revenue - Sinking Fund Commission to the Register of Wills and the Sheriff. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the General Fund. FROM: 2.48 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $480,000 Total $480,000 Total "FROM" Section $480,000 TO: 2.64 REGISTER OF WILLS Personal Services $80,000 Total $80,000 2.66 SHERIFF Personal Services $400,000 Total $400,000 Total "TO" Section $480,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
