..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the vacating of River Road, from a point approximately ten (10) feet southwest of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line, northeastwardly to the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by August 31, 2003. * * * SECTION 2.
