..Title Establishing a parking regulation on Fairmount avenue, south side, Twenty-first street to Twenty-second street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: TWO-HOUR PARKING 8:00AM to 6:00PM (Except Sunday) Fairmount avenue, south side, Twenty-first street to Twenty-second street. ..End
