..Title The Council of the City of Philadelphia is pleased and proud to join Masons throughout this country in tribute to Mr. Robert E. Wyatt, Sr., newly elected Grand Master of the Prince Hall Masons, Jurisdiction of Pennsylvania. ..Body WHEREAS, Mr. Wyatt was a great athlete, a fine student, and a brave soldier, whose college career was interrupted by the Viet Nam War, wherein he served with courage and distinction; and WHEREAS, After the war, Mr. Wyatt migrated to Philadelphia, earned his college degree in Business Administration, and began a career path of increasing responsibility, leading finally to his own business. He is currently President and CEO of R. Wyatt Services Group, LLC, a very successful telecommunications and utility company whose employees are fully dedicated to exceeding the demands of their clients; and WHEREAS, Brother Wyatt has lived the law of the Lord in word and in deed, and has obeyed the precepts and percepts of Masonry. He is a long time member of the Prince Hall Masons, where he has served in every important capacity on every level of the organization. He is also an active and enthusiastic member of the Mount Airy Church of God in Christ, a loving husband to the former Mae Morgan, a proud father to Robert, Jr. and Geoffrey, and a terrific neighbor and friend; now therefore RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That we hereby honor and commend Robert E. Wyatt, Sr. Grand Master for the Jurisdiction of Pennsylvania. We congratulate him on this great honor and extend to him the deep respect and sincere admiration of this legislative body. ..End
