..Title Authorizing the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work in portions of Lemonte street and in Fairmount Park Property. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide a public water main, in the following locations: Lemonte street from Fowler street to Mansion street. Fairmount Park Property adjacent to Mansion street from Lemonte street to Cinnaminson street. ..End
