..Title Amending Section 12-2703 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Permit Parking Districts," by amending the definition of District 5 (the area generally bounded by Market street, the Delaware River, South street, and Seventh street) by removing certain portions of that area from the permit parking district, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-2703 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts. * * * (2) Permit Parking District Enumerated: * * * (e) District 5 - The area bounded by Market street on the north, The Delaware River on the east, the north side of South street on the south and Seventh street on the west, excluding the area on the south side of Walnut street between the west side of Fourth street and the east side of Sixth street (and any building fronting on such portion of Walnut street). * * * ____________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
