..Title Enacting a new Section 10-1611 of Chapter 10-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Discontinuance of Proceedings," to provide for the discontinuance of proceedings before the Bureau of Administrative Adjudication under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHIILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. A new Section 10-1611 of Chapter 10-1600 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Discontinuance of Proceedings," is hereby enacted, to read as follows: §10-1611. Discontinuance of Proceedings. (a) This Section shall apply to tickets issued for violations of the following sections of The Philadelphia Code: (1) A-301.1.1 (2) PM-302.2 (3) PM-302.3 (4) PM-302.5 (5) PM-302.6 (6) PM-302.7 (7) PM-303.2 (8) PM-303.3 (9) PM-303.4 (10) PM-303.5 (11) PM-303.5.1 (12) PM-303.5.2 (13) PM-304.1 (14) PM-304.2 (15) PM-304.3 (16) PM-307.2 (17) PM-603.1 (18) §10-105 (19) §10-702 (20) §10-704 (21) §10-710 (22) §10-713 (23) §10-714 (24) §10-715 (25) §10-801 (26) §10-1202 (27) §10-1203 (28) §14-231 (b) The proceedings under this Chapter may be discontinued for violation tickets issued under the sections set forth in Section 10-1611(a) at any time prior to the commencement of a hearing before the Code Violation Hearing Examiner whenever the Office of the Managing Director notifies the Bureau of Administrative Adjudication in writing that the ticket was issued in error or that upon further review, it has been determined that the issuance of the ticket was not warranted. In that event, the Bureau of Administrative Adjudication shall immediately dismiss the charges and cancel any hearing scheduled in the matter. SECTION 2. Effective Date.
