Transmitting a bill approving the eighth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the West Mill Creek Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at a point on the southerly side of Haverford avenue, three hundred seventy-three feet more or less, west of the westerly side of Forty-third street, including the seventh amendment to the urban renewal plan and the relocation plan, as amended, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately twenty-five (25) properties for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
