..Title Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on portions of City Plan No. 27-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Dilworth street from Wolf street to Ritner street; by striking from the City Plan Ritner street from Dilworth street to Weccacoe avenue; by vacating Martin street from Weccacoe avenue to a point approximately two hundred eighty-one (281) feet southwestwardly therefrom, and by vacating Greenville street from Weccacoe avenue to Dilworth street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-403 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 27-S by: (a) Striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Dilworth street from Wolf street to Ritner street. (b) Striking from the City Plan Ritner street from Dilworth street to Weccacoe avenue. (c) Vacating Martin street from Weccacoe avenue to a point approximately two hundred eighty-one (281) feet southwestwardly to its terminus. (d) Vacating Greenville street from Weccacoe avenue to Dilworth street. ..End
