..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of the Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation fee simple title and all other real property interests to a certain parcel of real estate with the improvements situated thereon, if any, located at 1208 Kater street, also known as the rear of 614 South Twelfth street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to acquire from the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation for One Dollar ($1.00) fee simple title and all other real property interests to a certain parcel of real estate with the improvements situated thereon, if any, located at 1208 Kater street, also known as the rear of 614 South Twelfth street. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End
