..Title Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," by authorizing City employee payroll deductions for payments to the administrator of any City-approved program under which City employees may make pre-tax payment of certain qualified transportation expenses as authorized under Section 132 of the Internal Revenue Code, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §19-203.
