Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a parcel of City-owned land with the buildings and improvements thereon known as 1901-15 West Oxford Street, for the purpose of the Redevelopment Authority entering into a redevelopment agreement for the property with the Sultan Jihad Ahmad Community Foundation or its designee, all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of Public Property.
