..Title Amending Section 9-206(10) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designated Neighborhood Business Districts" by adding a section (c) entitled "Germantown Corridor Business District" consisting of the area of Germantown Avenue extending south from York Street and North to Butler Street all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: * * * §9-206. Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts. * * * (10) Designated Neighborhood Business Districts. * * * (c) Germantown Corridor Business District. The area of Germantown Avenue extending south to York Street and North to Butler Street. Within this district there shall be a maximum of fifty-five vendor sites permitted on the following blockfaces allocated as per regulations established by the Department. _____________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
