This bill, which was passed by City Council on October 9, 2003, would have re-named the park currently designated as 'Northwood Park,' located at 999 Arrott street, and bounded by 4700 Castor avenue, 1000 Foulkrod street, 1000 Arrott street and 4700 Northwood street as the 'Joseph Colligan Park'.
