SITUATE in the 28th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, described as follows: SITUATE on the Southeasterly corner of Croskey Street (30 feet wide) with the Southerly side of Indiana Avenue (50 feet wide); CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said side of Indiana Avenue 47 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Southwardly 80 feet, the Westerly line thereof being along the Easterly side of Croskey Street. BEING No. 2212 West Indiana Avenue. BEING the same premises which the Sheriff of the City of Philadelphia, John Green, by deed dated the 15th day of March, 1988, and recorded in Deed Book FHS, conveyed unto Jasper Menkan.
