..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by adding a new Section 14-1628, entitled "District Special Controls," prohibiting certain uses in relation to the sale of malt and brewed beverages, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-1600. MISCELLANEOUS. * * * §14-1628. District Special Controls. (1) Prohibited Uses in the First Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the First Councilmanic District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary. (2) Prohibited Uses in the Second Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Second Councilmanic District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary. (3) Prohibited Uses in the Third Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Third Councilmanic District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary. (4) Prohibited Uses in the Fourth Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Fourth Councilmanic District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary. (5) Prohibited Uses in the Fifth Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Fifth Councilmantic District, notwithstanding any other provision of the Code to the contrary. (6) Prohibited Uses in the Eighth Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Eighth Councilmanic District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary. (7) Prohibited Uses in the Ninth Councilmanic District. The sale by a restaurant or take-out restaurant of malt or brewed alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises shall be prohibited in the Ninth Councilmanic District, notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary.
