..Title Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code by amending Section 9-205 (Sidewalk Sales), by prohibiting vending on certain portions of Chester Avenue, Kingsessing Avenue, 53rd Street and 54th Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * ( ) Chester Avenue, both sides, between 52nd and 54th Streets; ( ) Kingsessing Avenue, both sides, between 53rd and 54th Streets; ( ) 53rd Street, both sides, between Chester and Kingsessing Avenues; ( ) 54th Street, both sides, between Chester and Kingsessing Avenues. * * * _____________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
