..Title Repealing Chapter 19-2500 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Real Estate Non-Utilization Tax;" effective January 1, 2005, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 19-2500 of the Philadelphia Code entitled "Real Estate Non-Utilization Tax" is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect with tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2005. ..End
