..Title Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending Subcode PM (The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code), by amending Section PM-704.0 entitled "Building Standards Applicable To Designated Areas" by adding the East Passyunk Business Improvement District, as delineated in Bill No. 020431 (Approved December 12, 2002), to the list of areas covered, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code entitled, "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," is hereby amended as follows: TITLE 4. THE PHILADELPHIA BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY CODE * * * CHAPTER 4-200.0 TEXT OF SUBCODES * * * SUBCODE "PM" (THE PHILADELPHIA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE) * * * SECTION PM-704.0 BUILDING STANDARDS APPLICABLE TO DESIGNATED AREAS * * * PM-704.3.2 Specified areas: Neighborhood commercial areas shall consist of the following: * * * 3.
