..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to extend the term of a lease agreement for portions of the building and parking lot located at 4700 Wissahickon Avenue, for use by the City and affiliated agencies for warehouse storage and office purposes, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to extend the term of a lease from the Philadelphia Design & Distribution Center, L.P. of portions of the building and parking lot located at 4700 Wissahickon Avenue, which lease is dated March 31, 1995( the "Lease"), for an additional four years, thereafter renewable at the City's sole option for a second additional four years, pursuant to an Agreement of June 26, 2003 (the "Agreement"), for use by the City and affiliated agencies for warehouse storage and office purposes. SECTION 2. The Agreement and Lease, as amended, are attached as Exhibit "A" to this Ordinance. SECTION 3. The Chief Clerk of City Council shall keep on file the documents referred to as Exhibit "A" in Section 2 of this Ordinance and shall make it available for inspection by the public during regular office hours. ..End
